Directions to Hands 4 Health

From the North:
Route 87 south to exit 13 N. Get into left lane and turn left at the light onto Old Post Road. At first stop sign, turn right onto Northline Road. At stop light, cross over Route 50. Continue straight on Northline. At stop light turn left onto Rowland Street. Hands 4 Health is about 1/2 mile ahead on the right.

From South
Route 87 north to exit 12. Turn left. At 4th light, turn right onto Rte. 50.  Continue through downtown Ballston Spa. As your leaving the village toward Saratoga, turn left at the stop light at Stewart's onto Northline Road. At first stop light turn left onto Rowland Street. Hands 4 Health is about 1/2 mile ahead on the right.
